Well, my second last post was about how a sudden visit to the local national park can throw a good photography opportunity. Dear first timers here’s the link for that post in case you are confused.
But that visit was not actually unplanned. Initially one of my office friend and I decided to go there in morning hours to do a portfolio shoot of him. In my work place there is no such thing as secret. So going by this line it was soon evident that everyone became aware of this new development. At first there were only three guys. But on the very day I found 7 members of our gang excluding me.
Mostly I m not an early riser but that day it was worth rising early in morning and visit the place. I got good shots of my friends, plus of tourists who came all the way from Ladakh to see ancient Buddhist monks caves.
Apart from the photography it felt so pleasantly happy and inspiring to b so close to nature. I really love my city’s national park. it is such that once you are inside it, you wont believe that you are actually inside a big metropolitan city. This fact becomes more evident when one climbs to the top point at Kanheri caves and sees city sky scrapers on a distant horizon.
I been to this place so many times that I have lost the count. But every time I found something new to discover. I was on the hill-top, panting and breathing heavily from all that trek. I chose to sit down and look from this vantage point towards the panoramic view of the green forest and the man-made concrete forest which lies beyond the boundary of this national park. I remembered how one of my friend had thanked me to bring him to this place. He felt pretty overwhelmed by the fact that he is so near to city but yet so away from all that noise.
And here comes some from d actual photo-shoot..
And finally d group shots!
Hope you have enjoyed this post.
